No, you do not need a referral to see any of our therapists but if you do have one please bring it along to your appointment.
We certainly do see patients with Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plans from their GP’s. These were previously known as Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plans. You will have a small gap to pay dependent on your appointment type. Please contact our friendly reception staff at the location you wish to attend to discuss the cost of your appointment. We certainly do! Please advise our reception staff of your card number and whether you hold a White or Gold card. You will also need to bring in your D904 referral from you GP to your appointment.
We certainly do! Please advise our reception staff of your claim number and case managers details and bring in any relevant paperwork to your appointment.
We accept EFTPOS and cash payments. If you have private health you will receive a rebate immediately through our HICAPS machine. If you have a Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan from your GP, you will have a small gap to pay dependent on your appointment type.
Our appointment lengths vary from appointment type and areas you would like looked at and worked on. If you require more than one body part treated, we recommend you book in for a 60 min appointment to ensure the therapist has time to effectively treat you. Our most popular appointment types include: – 30 & 60 min physiotherapy appointments – 30 & 60 min exercise physiology appointments – 30 & 60 min remedial massage appointments
The cost of your consultation depends on the service that you are receiving along with the length of your appointment.
