Dorothy joined Physio for You in February 2023 and brings a caring touch to treating lymphoedema and musculoskeletal conditions at the Woy Woy clinic. She holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia (2016) and a Doctor of Physiotherapy from Macquarie University (2020).
With experience across private practice, orthopaedics, paediatrics, geriatrics, and community health, Dorothy has worked with diverse teams at Mount Wilga Rehabilitation Hospital, Mater Hospital, and the Macquarie University Lymphoedema Clinic.
Known for her approachable manner, Dorothy specialises in lymphoedema, particularly for those navigating breast cancer, medical or neurological conditions, chronic venous insufficiency, ageing, and immobility. She is always happy to help with fitting both standard and custom compression garments for upper and lower limbs, and she guides clients through government-funded programs such as EnableNSW, DVA, and NDIS.
Dorothy is equally committed to supporting musculoskeletal clients under Medicare, Worker’s Compensation, CTP, NDIS, DVA, and Private Health Insurance, ensuring everyone feels welcome and cared for.
