Saba joined Physio For You in 2025, bringing warmth and compassion to her role as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist at our Woy Woy and Tuggerah clinics. With over four years of clinical experience gained both overseas and in Australia, she is deeply committed to providing personalised care for every patient she meets. Saba completed her post-graduate qualifications in 2025, earning the additional title of Lymphoedema Practitioner, allowing her to further support those living with lymphatic conditions.

Saba works with patients of all ages—from children and adults to the elderly—ensuring each individual feels heard, valued, and empowered throughout their therapy journey. She believes that healing is a collaborative process and takes the time to listen, support, and guide her patients every step of the way. Driven by curiosity and a desire to understand the “why” behind each condition, Saba tailors her treatments to address the unique needs and goals of her clients, always striving to provide the highest standard of care.
